My baby is practically 6 months old. She’s on a neb every 4-6 hours since of bronchitis, but her physician said it could be an early sign of asthma. Now she went to the doctor right now for fever and a cough and they stated it was her air approaches and “asthma like symptoms”. But they told me they can’t diagnose her but.

my little brother was diagnosed with asthma a couple of weeks following he was born. he pretty much spent most of his time in a hospital as an infant. they say the older they get they will grow out of it. he’s ten now and hasn’t had any difficulties with asthma inside the last couple of years.

A lot of physicians wait until they are 2. No reason just a habit. We had a doctor that called it reactive airway diesease. They treat the symptoms anyway.

Asthma can be diagnosed at a very early age. He probably just said that because if she does have asthma, she hasn’t fully developed it. Well, thats my theory.
