Asthma is an allergy brought on by the foods we eat, our atmosphere, the things we do and the way we live. This is very a mouthful I know but, that is the gist of it.
There are no “foods to support asthma” only foods that trigger it. I know of no residence remedies for asthma, only abstinence of particular foods and everyday items.

As soon as you discovered out what your allergic to, remain away from that item. Most are allergic to “Dairy” goods, some to “Wheat’s and flours” in breads, some to the ingredients in these items. The list is unending and long. What you need to have is a allergy test and see what’s bothering you.

Have you ever been tested for allergies? The majority of the time, allergic asthma is associated to environmental allergies (animals, dust mites, grass,…). Rarely (1-two% of the time) is asthma related to foods.

So, the initial step is to identify what your triggers are. As soon as you know what they are, you can steer clear of them much more effortlessly. I thus suggest you see a board certified allergist for an evaluation. Medical insurance will spend for most, if not all, of the go to.
