I appear to need to have either the Advair Diskus, Albuterol Inhaler, or Nebulizer with Albuterol Sulfate or a combination of them on a every day basis. I was asking yourself if there are particular varieties of things to do or foods to eat or something else that can support prevent or treat asthma so that way I can perhaps cut back on the medicine a little.

As a person who has employed a combination of all 3 and numerous other drugs more than the years I can say there is really small you can do except discover out the principal trigger for your attacks and avoid it like the plague.
For instance, smoke is my trigger. Primarily smoke from cigarettes, pipes, etc. but smoke of any type is likely to set me off.
I avoid sitting close to fires, getting around men and women who smokes, significant public crowds had been smoking is permitted, large firework displays, etc.
This helps drastically but I still have to manage my condition and occasionally treat an attack.

Dear Alex, I’m so glad to see you asking a question. I was worried about you.
I would suggest that you work with your doctor on getting your asthma under control first, then start to think of ways to help your symptoms without more medicine. I know you like to be healthy without medicine but if you have asthma, you must take your medicine or you could die the next time you have an asthma attack. It would make me so sad to know if you died because you didn’t take your medicine. Now, your asthma could be caused by an allergy. Many people have moved to places that are dry and warm/hot all the time (like Tucson, Arizona). For many people, the drier air clears the asthma. Of course, you can think of that sort of thing as a last resort. So, yeah, talk to your doctor about getting it under control first, then think of ways to combat it without medicine.
