I’m am 18 yrs. old. I have lived with asthma my complete life. I’m now more than weight since every year I feel my breathing gets worse, I’m more stressed, and much more food intake. I would Adore to physical exercise but really really fearful of the breathing effects. I walk up stairs and I want my inhaler. I frustrated and upset about myself I need suggestions and aid!

Practise Pranayam + Pran Mudra often as usually as feasible.

1st step: Inhale the air counting 1,2,three,4.
2nd step: Then preserve the air in the lungs counting 1,two,three,4.
3rd step: Then exhale the air counting 1,2,three,4.
4th step: Pause-do not inhale counting 1,2,three,four. Then repeat 10 to 15 occasions, three to 4 times a day and with practice go on growing the count to ten. Throughout the pause, the lungs will get rest and are revitalized.
Once you reach a count of ten, you do Pranayam as follows:

Pran Mudra:
