How can you tell the distinction between asthma and becoming out of shape?

Categories: Asthma Q&A

I’m a 21 year old female with a healthy BMI and I’m attempting to figure out if I’m just out of shape or if I have asthma.
Right after jogging for a couple of minutes my throat feels tight, produces a lot of mucus, and it is hard to breathe, ultimately my throat starts to hurt, as nicely as my upper chest. I weeze as nicely. I also have allergies.

I have asthma and it is not relly like getting out of breath, it’s more like struggling to breath, it feels like your lungs have stopped working and you are wheezing.

If it feels like your breathing by way of a straw and your not finding sufficient air then sounds like asthma.
