I haven’t had an asthma difficulty because I was a small kid but these days the temperature was in the single digits and unfortunately I had to be outside for awhile. I was fully bundled up but just breathing in the cold air has triggered asthma symptoms. I was given some Advair but that did not genuinely assist and I have absolutely nothing else offered. Are there any property remedies to support this?

cold dry air is irritant.S warm miost air is less so. Attempt that. Ideally a reliever lle Salbutamol would do the trick

hey i have asthma and if you breathe in through your nose slowly then out through your mouth quickly it assists try not to start off hyperventilating(didnt spell that right ) anyway you really should try ventalin inhaler they are blue and usually give instant relief dont take nore that 3 puffs thoughx
