He told me to attempt some residence treatment and remedies, like honey, in the meantime, and I wanted to see a lot more suggestions.
Thanks for the help!

nicely if there is a neighborhood honey keeper then you should go get honey there because you get immune to the pollen and other points in the air due to the fact it is in your system you must eat a tablespoon of the honey every single morning and only local honey will perform not storebought simply because there are different points in the air in various areas so you require to get nearby =) hope this helped i do this each and every morning and this assists me a ton

Briefly – squash, onions, lots of vitamin C (orange juice) and vitamin E (wheat germ – muffins) and especially fish for its Omega three, Brazil nuts for their selenium, halibut, spinach and black-eyed peas for their magnesium.

Well caffiene is a mild bronchodilator so you may try drinking soda or coffee. Keep in mind that this doesnt work fast, it takes time for it to dissolve in your bloodstream. Also, you may try Oregano, I have heard from several of my patient that it helps them. There is an Oregano supplement called Oregomax that you can buy at most vitamin stores.
